Yard Supervisor

  • Salary range $18-22 per hour depending on prior experience and available work hours.
  • Manage the Customer Service Loader department employees by hiring, training, scheduling, directing, and performing evaluations.
  • Assist in operating a safe and clean nursery by loading/unloading incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining equipment, and supervise the work of the Yard Operators
  • Experience: 1 year of green industry related experience preferred.
  • Job requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test.
  • Knowledge of forklift and skid-steer preferred.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be 19 years or older, with a clean driving record for 3 years.
  • Must pass a drug test to operate equipment.
