Our Return Policy
Please save your original receipt in case you need to return an item. If you have lost the original receipt, our team will attempt to find the transaction in our system.
Plant Material
We accept returns on Perennials, Trees, and Shrubs for reimbursement in the original form of payment, provided that:
- The return is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The items are healthy and still in sellable condition.
- They remain in their original containers and have not been planted.
We do not accept returns for Annuals, Vegetables, or Herbs. Additionally, plants that have not been watered or were removed from their original containers are ineligible for our return policy.
Our Diagnostics Team will issue store credit for the replacement of trees and/or shrubs that died while under warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for more information.
Tools
Our return policy covers tools if they are unused, in sellable condition, and are returned within 7 days of purchase. Eligible tools may be returned for a refund in the original form of payment. Glover Nursery also accepts tools that are in their original packaging.
However, tools covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be processed directly through the manufacturer for replacement. Details can be found on the manufacturers tag or website.
Chemicals
Chemicals may be returned for reimbursement in original payment form if:
- They are returned unopened within 7 days of purchase.
- If they have been opened, we cannot issue a return unless the container for the chemical is defective.
